ARTS Interim Executive Director - Lucy Eagleson

We are excited to make an announcement that ARTS Advancement Director Lucy Eagleson will be taking on the role as ARTS Interim Executive Director. As a growing team, we look forward to continuing to work with our youth to create impact during this time of transition, and with Lucy stepping up in this way it will give us the room we need to find our perfect “unicorn” as a more permanent Executive Director.

Message from Lucy about the transition,

“In my time at ARTS so far, I’ve seen so many creative moments and have thought “wow, what a beautiful thing!”  I look forward to continuing to be part of all the amazing impact happening here each and every day. I am beyond excited to work with our youth and team to keep on co-creating meaningful ARTS experiences together.

As we continue the search for our next Executive Director, my intention is to be of support to our youth and team, listen + learn, and cultivate our community/school/artistic partnerships to reach our greatest potential.

Looking forward to making more magic with y’all! onward + upward we go!”

The search for our Executive Director is continuing with the application period closed and several candidates being advanced to the next stage of the process. We don’t expect things to change or look much different for the time being, and we feel confident with Lucy in this role as we move forward with our Spring programming!
